End of Season 2021: Important Dates

Return to Play Training Program

​Lindfield FC is delivering a 'return to play' program for players wanting to get back into training ahead of Grading and the 2022 season. This will run for 3 weeks starting the weekend 23rd/24th October (subject to restrictions lifting at 80% by that date). Numbers are limited, make sure you register now to ensure your spot in the program.

Training program is now full! If you wish to check if there are any spots left due to late withdrawals please get in touch with Chris at the Coaching Office.

  • Saturdays (Boys): Oct 22nd, Oct 30th & Nov 6th

    • 8am-9am (U8-U10)

    • 9am-10am (U11-U12)

    • 11am-12pm (U13-U16)

  • Sundays (Girls): Oct 23rd, Oct 31st & Nov 7th

    • 8am-9am (G8-G10)

    • 9am-10am (G11-G12)

    • 11am-12pm (G13-G16)

  • VENUE: Lindfield Sports Centre

  • COST: $70 for 3 sessions. Players must register for all three trainings.

What Covid Protocols Must I Follow?

Please rest assured that we will be providing a Covid Safe environment and will have all the relevant protocols in place. All our coaches are all fully vaccinated.

Upon arrival at Training please note:

  • Players under the age of 16, do not need to do a Covid Check-in

  • Players 16 years and over, must be fully vaccinated and do a Covid Check-in

  • Parents (only 1 per child) who wish to accompany their child (ie anyone leaving their vehicle) must be fully vaccinated and must check in using the Covid Check-in.

  • All spectators must adhere to the 1.5m social distancing rule.


Refunds

Refunds have now been approved and are with Bendigo Bank awaiting processing. We are hopeful you should have received them by the end of the week ie Friday 15th October.


Summer 5-Aside competition

5-Aside is gearing up, ready to commence Nov 1st. Check your inbox for emails from the Lindfield Sports Centre (LSC) with details of the 8 week competition, how to register etc - any queries check the LSC website or please get in touch with Scarlett @ admin@lindfieldsportscentre.com.au


November Grading Trials DL | SL | SAP | Dev Squads:

We are awaiting ground access confirmation before we can release the dates/times for our Super League, Diamond League, SAP League and Development Squads Grading sessions. More info will follow soon but in the meantime, if you are interested to find out more about these programs click here to access our Player Development Pages!


Clubhouse Reopens

The clubhouse will reopen on Monday 11th from 5pm with a capacity of 80 inside. The team can't wait to welcome you all back and have a special Monday night planned: the drinks will be icy cold, pizza pumping and live music from Brett Sams will be blasting! So come on down, enjoy your first drink on the house and catch up with your footie friends.
Please note we will have all the Covid protocols in place, so please sign in and remember you're required to be double vaxxed to attend the Clubhouse.


Donate Boots

⚽️ Ensure your donated boots are CLEAN & in GOOD CONDITION - a quick polish will make the kids proud to wear them! 😁
⚽️ Tie the boots laces together
⚽️ Bring them to our collection point inside the clubhouse before the end of October - any time after 5pm, Monday-Thursday nights

Team Photos Collection

Team Photos can be picked up from the clubhouse open Monday - Thursday from 5pm onwards.
Photos are located on top of the cupboard under the TV screen. Last day for collection will be Saturday 30th October 10am -11am when the photos will be available from the uniform shop.


Uniform Shop Order Pickup

Any outstanding orders have been already notified that we have an order we are holding for you. These can be now be picked up during the week Monday-Thursday from 5pm onwards.
Any new orders for summer football, swaps and returns can ONLY be done on Saturday morning 30th October between 10am - 11am. The Uniform shop will then be closed until next season with the exception of the Parent Information sessions in December.


MiniRoos Medal Collection: 

Those teams that responded to the email requested a medal at the beginning of lockdown should have already been notified about collection - please get in touch if you did not have a confirmation that your medals are ready for collection. They can be collected from the clubhouse Monday - Thursday 5pm onwards (ask at the bar) or on Saturday 30th October 10am-11am from the uniform shop.

KITBAG RETURNS: SATURDAY 30TH/SUNDAY 31ST

Finally!!! You will be able to clear out the garage and return your team's kitbag to the clubhouse on the last weekend of October.

Kitbags can only be returned that weekend so we will have volunteers in place to accept them and SIGN them off as being returned so please do not just drop them randomly at the clubhouse unless you arrange this with your Age Coordinator - they will sign them back in for you and make sure they are put in the garage.

It is important the bags are returned on this weekend so we can access what replacement equipment we need to order for next season. Covid has made the lead times extensive) so please arrange another team member to return the bag if you or a family member cannot make it.

The bags can be returned at any of the 4 different time-slots across Saturday and Sunday!

  • Morning Sessions 10-12pm

  • ​Afternoon Sessions 2pm-4pm


We would greatly appreciate it if you could return the bag as you received it.
Please follow the below instructions as this will assist in bag preparation for 2022.

  • Please ensure your kit bag has the TEAM NAME label intact

  • Empty the bag of all rubbish and give it a good shake out. Any lost property should be dealt with. Please do not leave it in the bag.

  • Each bag should contain

    • Training bibs and goalie shirt (please ensure these are all freshly washed)

      • U6/U7: 1 x match ball

      • U8 and upwards: 1 x match ball and 2 x training balls

    • Training cones

    • Ball pump

    • First aid kit and any unopened ice packs.

    • Hand sanitiser

    Please do not return whistles as they are unable to be used again.
