Concerns & Complaints
If you have a concern that you are unable to resolve yourself, please read our Complaints Procedure Policy and get in touch with your Age Coordinator (AC) for advice.
However, if your concern is of a sensitive or personal nature, and you feel uncomfortable discussing this with your AC, then you can talk confidentially and obtain more information about what can be done, by getting in contact with Gerald Hartl, our MPIO Member Protection Officer who will help you find a solution.
