Another crazy Covid interrupted season has been put to rest!
We look forward to plenty of Football in 2022.
Please find below some
important information and dates for your diary.
OPENING DATES
Dec 23rd: Clubhouse Closes
Jan 4th: Registrations Open
Jan 21st: Clubhouse Reopens (courts available for hire from 17th Jan)
Jan 24th: LFC Admin Office reopens
Feb 4th: Uniform Shop reopens
Feb 20th: Coach induction day, 4pm to 7pm
SEASON DATES
2nd/3rd April: Season 2022 kicks off for all age groups 2nd/3rd April
16th/17th April: Easter NO Football ALL age groups
9th/10th July: No MiniRoos/Junior Football
20th Aug: Mixed MiniRoos normal & Semi Final Day Junior Mixed & Men Seniors
21st Aug: Girls MiniRoos normal & Semi Final Day Junior Girls & Women
27th Aug: Mixed MiniRoos Gala Day & Grand Final Day Junior Mixed & Men Seniors
28th Aug: Girls MiniRoos & Grand Final Day Junior Girls & Women
GRADING & WELCOME BACK TO FOOTBALL
Feb 12th: Welcome to Football Girls & Boys aged U6 - More info
Feb13th: Welcome to Football Girls & Boys aged U7 - More info
All other MiniRoos and Junior age groups will have a Welcome Back to Football day held in Feb/March, where they can catch up with friends, play some football, speak to Age Coordinators and if at the Clubhouse attend the Uniform Shop (TBC). Dates and Sign Up will be available in Team Grader once council confirms grounds back to us in February.
U6/U7 & G8/G9 & U8-U11 Dev Squad Gradings will be held in February. Any remaining positions in U12+ will be also filled from Feb grading.

U12-U18 Dev Squads: Trials are now complete, we have some positions in a few age groups, so please get in touch with your Age Coordinator if you have any questions or are keen to try out in our Feb/March grading process.

Mar 25th/26th/27th TBC: Country Cousins tour to Bathurst for all boys & girl in social and development teams aged U10-U14

TEAM NOMINATIONS
To guarantee your spot in a team you need to be registered to play with LFC a week before the Team submission date!
For Senior teams wishing to submit a NEW team or re-enter an existing team to the NSFA competition, please advise your Age Coordinator before this date.
11th Feb: Senior Men & Women Team nominations due
28th Feb: Junior Mixed & Girls Team nominations due
17th Mar: Junior Mixed & Girls Team nominations due
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION & NEW DRIBL PLAYER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Registrations OPEN Jan 4th. Another reason to register early this year is that NSFA are changing to DRIBL a fabulous, modern far more interactive, specialised for football, player management system.
Therefore in 2022, your email address will not be in our system until you register. Unlike previous years, you will not receive our club emails until you register and therefore will not receive reminder emails. So to ensure you DON’T MISS important updates, please REGISTER asap - Registrations open Jan 4th.
In the meantime, you can refer to this newsletter and our NOTICE BOARD on the HOME PAGE of the website for regular updates.
Please note, if you unsubscribe from LFC Club emails you will not receive important information regarding grading/trials, refunds, season information. An important change for next year is that we will endeavour to seperate Club entertainment emails, allowing you a greater choice of which content you subscribe to.
U6 & U7 FUN DAY
A huge thank you to the Project 2023 for sponsoring this Fun Day and to the team of volunteers and coaches who made it such a great success!
The weather remained kind…luckily… and the kids had a ball playing games and bouncing around in the castles!!! The coffee cart was a life saviour for parents and a good time was had by all!
FINAL REMINDERS
LAST CHANCE to collect Team Photos!!!
Team Photos are waiting to be picked up from the clubhouse which is open Monday - Thursday from 4pm onwards until Dec 23rd.
Photos are located on top of the cupboard under the TV screen. These have been there for months and the clubhouse is very busy now so we are unable to guarantee they will not get damaged or go missing. Please collect TODAY!!!
Uniform Shop is CLOSED for the Summer
Any outstanding orders have been Processed. These can be now be picked up during the week Monday-Thursday from 4pm until Dec 23rd.
Any new orders swaps and returns can ONLY be done when the uniform shop reopens in February!
